Evil Prints
Outlaw Printmakers '08
(February 13 - March 2, 2008)

Curated by local artist, printmaker and founder of the renagade press Evil Prints, Tom Huck will organize an exhibition of works-on-paper produced by members of Outlaw Printmakers. To launch the project on Sunday, February 23rd, printmakers from around the country will travel to the Contemporary for Prints Gone Wild, described by its founders at Cannonball Press to be a “vernacular, printacular, mega-hairy affordable print fair,” featuring all types of work-on-paper for sale, and all for under $50.

General support for the Contemporary's exhibitions program is generously provided by the Whitaker Foundation; William E. Weiss Foundation; Regional Arts Commission; Arts and Education Council; Missouri Arts Council, a state agency; Nancy Reynolds and Dwyer Brown; and members of the Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis.
