CITY-WIDE OPEN STUDIOS happens annually every July. Check back soon to see the 2011 dates!
___________________________________________________________________________________________
CITY-WIDE OPEN STUDIOS is a week-long event that spotlights the community of working artists in St. Louis. Free and open to the public, Open Studios offers the public a unique opportunity to explore the creative spaces where artists work and to enjoy one of the most exciting aspects of contemporary art—the chance to talk with the artists themselves!
HOW IT WORKS You and your friends are invited to enjoy a wonderful summer weekend exploring artist studios at your own pace. Participating artists work in a wide range of media including painting, photography, sculpture, mixed media, fiber arts, ceramics, jewelry, wood, glass, metal, video, new media, and performance art. The locations of all participating artist studios are listed on the map so you can plan your own itinerary.
