LOVE US, HELP US! iPod GIVEAWAY

In celebration of the Contemporary’s podcast program, each person that completes a Love us, Help us! iPod Survey will be entered into a random drawing to win an iPod programmed with the Contemporary’s videos. The Contemporary wants to hear why you love the museum, or what you think we can be doing better. Share your thoughts—good or bad—and be entered to win an iPod! Rules and Regulations

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, complete the entry form for the Love us, Help us! iPod contest. To be eligible, entries must be completed and received on or by the closing date of the draw, August 2, 2009. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries shall become the property of Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis. Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries. Only entries received by email, mail, or in person will be accepted.

• Entrants must be 18 years or older to enter to be eligible to win the prize.
• This contest is void where prohibited by law.
• Only one entry per person will be accepted.
• Each submission will count as one entry.
• Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis reserves the right to refuse any submission for any reason.
• The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
• Winner will be listed on the website and notified by email.
• Entries will be accepted through August 2, 2009.
• Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash, and must be accepted as awarded.
• In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledges that Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).
• IPOD model is subject to availability and may differ from photos shown in advertising materials. Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
• Employees of Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis, and such employees' immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest.
• All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
• By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture data storage) which Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis may deem appropriate.
