The Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis is excited to present a new approach to the viewer’s experience—podcasting. A podcast is a radio-style show delivered over the Internet to your computer. With podcasting, you are now able to download a range of behind-the scenes programs including audio tours, artist interviews, lectures, videos, and more.

The Contemporary’s podcast program is designed to give our audience a broad perspective on contemporary art. We offer episodes featuring artists, scholars, critics, and writers sharing their in-depth knowledge of the museum’s exhibitions and contemporary issues.

There are several ways to enjoy a podcast from the Contemporary:

• Come to the museum and pickup an iPod containing all of our podcast episodes. You can access all of our broadcasts under the podcast menu on the main screen. The iPods are available at the museum for free. We will simply hold your credit card as a security deposit.
• Tune in online by subscribing to our podcast through the iTunes store or by clicking on the RSS feed below. You can download individual episodes to play on your computer or on your mp3 player.
• Sign-up to receive new updated podcast episodes automatically. To subscribe, copy and paste to following URL (RSS feed) into your podcast subscription software, such as Apple’s iTunes or Odeo.
