GROUP AND PUBLIC TOUR INFORMATION

The Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis is part of the Contemporary Art Partnership (CAP), which provides docents for tours at both the Contemporary and the Pulitzer Foundation for the Arts.  CAP docents initiate conversations and engage diverse groups in new ways of viewing and experiencing art.  Through the CAP program, the Contemporary and the Pulitzer seek to enhance the understanding and interpretation of contemporary art and architecture in St. Louis.

Free public tours are scheduled most weeks on Wednesday and Saturday at 1:00 pm. These tours are approximately fourty-five minutes long, do not require reservations and are open to everyone. Please check the events calendar to confirm available public tour times.

We also conduct special group tours for schools and community groups during our general hours of operation. If you would like to schedule a group tour at the Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis please contact us at docent@contemporarystl.org or call 314-535-0770 ext. 217 at least three weeks in advance of your tour request date.
